Cigar lighter / power outlet fuses in the Acura RLX are the fuses №12 and 13 in the Passenger’s Side Interior Fuse Box.
Fuse box location
Engine Compartment Fuse Box #1
Located near the brake fluid reservoir.
Push the tabs to open the box.
Engine Compartment Fuse Box #2
Located near the battery.
Push the tabs to open the box.
