Cigar lighter / power outlet fuse in the Acura TL is the fuse №9 in the passenger compartment fuse box.
Fuse box location
The interior fuse box is on the driver’s lower left side.
To remove the fuse box lid, put your finger in the notch on the lid, pull it toward you, and take it out of its hinges.
The under-hood fuse box is on the driver’s side next to the air cleaner housing
