Cigar lighter / power outlet fuse in the Alfa Romeo Stelvio is the fuse №F94 in the Passenger compartment fuse block.

Fuse Box Location
The fuse box is located below the passenger side footboard.
Lift the upper end of the footboard 1 on the passenger side, pulling it to release the 2 buttons;
Remove the panel 2 extracting it downward, after unscrewing the two fixing hooks.
