Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Audi Q3 are the fuses №36 and 37 in the Instrument panel fuse box.

Fuse Box Location
The fuses are located behind the storage compartment.
Open the storage compartment, press in on the left and right brackets and pivot the compartment all the way down.
